Court Keeps Hold on Obama Edict

U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen kept in place his temporary hold on President Obama's amnesty edict, which offers legal status and work permits to as many as five million illegal aliens. The administration had requested that he lift the hold and allow the program to proceed. In his ruling Judge Hanen stated that the administration had not “shown any credible reason for why this Directive necessitates immediate implementation.”
