The second wave of unaccompanied illegal alien minors and mothers with children from Central America is growing, The Washington Times reported on Monday. Immigration officials warned that they expected another surge as the weather improves, yet the Obama administration continues its “catch and release” policy that frees detained illegals pending immigration hearings.
