Del Rio Nets 2K Migrants in 2 Days

The Del Rio Sector of the border continues to be a hot spot for illegal migrant crossings, racking up nearly 2000 arrests in two days last week. Jason D. Owens, Chief Patrol Agent for the sector, tweeted a series of photos showing large groups of migrants crossing into the U.S. from Mexico.

More than 900 were arrested on December 7, followed by approximately the same number the next day. Among the group pictured below from the seventh were four from Tajikistan, a Central Asian Islamic nation whose chief export is terrorists.

Don’t let the word “arrest” fool you. Catch and release lives. The Biden administration continues to manage the surge primarily by releasing quickly those arrested into the U.S. interior.
