Columnist Patrick Buchanan warns that President Obama may soon go through with his threat to decree amnesty for more illegal aliens without the approval of Congress. Buchanan observed that Obama, if he does so, might increase the turnout of Hispanic voters for Democrats in the fall elections. Nevertheless, it could have significant political downsides for the president.
