Border Rioters Released by Judge

As of January this year, almost a thousand persons had been indicted for rioting at the US Capitol on January 6, 2021. Of those convicted by that time, the average jail time was about a year and a half. Moreover, as of January, about 350 suspects were still being sought by the deep state apparatus, demonstrating that the regime will not stop in its relentless pursuit of malefactors.

UNLESS, of course, the malefactors are illegal aliens attempting to force their way into the United States, in the process of which clashing with and injuring Texas National Guardsmen. That’s what several hundred migrants did in El Paso on March 21, 2024. But in their case, instead of having their lives destroyed, they are being released by a Democrat judge, Judge Ruben Morales of El Paso.

Morales agreed with a public defender representing some of the defendants that his court had no jurisdiction, saying, “If I don’t have jurisdiction, there’s nothing I can do on these cases” except dismiss them. The district attorney bringing the charges, Bill Hicks, insisted the judge was wrong and announced he was appealing the decision.

In the meantime, once again the powers that run America have made it plain where their allegiance lies. And it’s not with the citizenry.
