Mike Cutler is a retired Senior Special Agent of INS, the agency that preceded Homeland Security in enforcement of immigration law. He warns that the present administration is turning the U.S. into an “unconstitutional sanctuary state.” Cutler affirms that:
“Today, because of the Executive Orders, policies, actions, and lack of action by the Biden administration, America is witnessing what can only be described as an invasion on our southern border.
“Furthermore, Biden has all but shut down the enforcement of our nation’s immigration laws from within the interior of the United States, having stripped ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) agents of their authority to make warrantless arrests of illegal aliens including those arrested and released at the border by Border Patrol at the direction of Mr. Biden.”
