Poll: Immigration Is Top Concern

A recent Harvard Harris poll found that immigration is the top concern of registered voters in the U.S., with 36 percent holding this view. The second leading concern was inflation at 33 percent, followed by “economy and jobs” 23 percent.

Hispanics (at 41 percent) designated immigration as the top issue, followed by whites at 39 percent, and Asians at 28 percent. Among voters between the ages of 25 and 34, 28 percent selected immigration.

Fifty-eight percent of all respondents said that the situation on our border is “getting worse.” Forty-six percent said immigration was President Biden’s “greatest failure.”
