The most recent Pew Research Center survey found that almost 70 percent of Americans believe that increasing security of our border with Mexico is either “very” or “somewhat” important. Fifty-four percent said that the need to deport the 11 to 22 million illegal aliens residing in the U.S. are either “very” or “somewhat” important.
