In pursuit of a sanctuary policy to protect illegal aliens from arrest, a judge in Salem, Oregon, has issued an order to prevent Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents from making arrests in courthouses. ICE has replied by saying that it will “consider carefully whether to refer those who obstruct our enforcement efforts for criminal prosecution.”
