Minnesota Gives Illegals Free College

Among the list of American freebies third-worlders everywhere aspire to is an all-expense-paid college education. The State of Minnesota is about to provide that to qualifying foreign nationals living illegally in the North Star State by opening up a free-college program called the North Star Promise.

The offer, which is also available to citizens, is good for any institution in the University of Minnesota and the Minnesota State University systems. The only requirements are the student must come from a family where the household income is less than $80,000, and the student must not have gone to a private high school. Illegals must file a Minnesota Dream Act application.

A spokesman for the Minnesota state senate, Higher Education Chairman Omar Fateh, said, “We want to make sure that when we’re expanding opportunities for everybody, we’re doing it for all Minnesotans, regardless of background, regardless of their documentation status.” Sen. Fateh is a Somali-American who describes himself as as a “democratic socialist.”
