The House voted to fund the Department of Homeland Security without cutting funding for President Obama’s unconstitutional amnesty edicts. Despite his promises to lead opposition to the edicts, Republican House Speaker caved in and voted to fund them. Still restraining the Obama’s unlawful acts is a federal court ruling.
