Court Rules against Obama’s Edicts

The 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled to uphold the hold on President Obama’s amnesty edicts which would allow at least five million illegal aliens to remain in the U.S. and receive work permits. The case came about as the result of a lawsuit by 26 states which charged that the edicts were unconstitutional and that the amnesty would place financial burdens on them. The Obama Administration can appeal the ruling, either to the full appeals court or to the U.S Supreme Court.
