Arizona’s Attorney General Mark Brnovich issued an official legal opinion that the surge of illegal migrants into Arizona is an “invasion.” Under Article I, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution a state may defend itself if invaded. It’s now up to Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey to decide what action he will take on the basis of this opinion.
