Senator Jeff Sessions (R-AL) prepared a detailed 25-page “Immigration Handbook for the New Republican Majority” that his staff has hand-delivered to every GOP senator and representative in advance of a party retreat. Sessions not only argues for defunding Obama’s amnesty edict, but for a reduction in foreign workers.
