Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) says that the U.S. does not need to import foreign labor while the coronavirus crisis is putting millions of Americans out of work. He stated “With record numbers of Americans filing for unemployment, our focus should be getting Americans back to work, not bringing in additional foreign labor.” The senator praised the recent decision of the Department of Homeland Security to halt the admission of additional H-2B foreign visa workers.
