In a meeting with business heads who want amnesty, President Obama said he hoped that Congress will approve immigration legislation, including amnesty, before the Senate and House go on summer break. Obama said that he and the business leaders believe that the legislation will provide economic benefit. Just who will benefit, he did not specify.
