Muhammed Youssef Abdulazees, the man who murdered four unarmed U.S. marines in Tennessee on Thursday was a Muslim immigrant from Kuwait.
The U.S. now admits around 100,000 Muslim immigrants annually, making Muslims the fastest growing immigrant population. Pew Research has estimated that immigration will cause the population of U.S. Muslims to more then double over the next two decades–from 2.6 million in 2010 to 6.2 million in 2030.
The nation’s refugee program also admits thousands of Muslims annually. 91.4% of refugees from the Middle East are on food stamps. Pockets of radical Muslims are found in the areas of Muslim concentration such as Minnesota and Dearborn, MI.
In 2013, a leaked government document revealed that more people from Dearborn were on the federal terrorist watch list than from any other city except New York.
Both of Tennessee’s Republican Senators, Lamar Alexander and Bob Corker, support amnesty.
