Some illegal aliens in Texas are suing the Trump Administration to restart the DACA program. They say they are eligible for this program which grants legal status to illegal aliens brought to the U.S. by their parents. Recently the Supreme Court stopped the administration from ending DACA on procedural grounds. The administration may try again to terminate it by meeting the Court’s conditions. Currently, DACA is not taking new applications.
