Thirty-four Republican congressmen sent a letter to House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-WI) asking for passage of the DACA amnesty for illegal aliens before the end of the year. They did not ask for any concessions to pass this amnesty, such as a sharp reduction of chain migration or mandatory use of the E-Verify system by businesses. Critics of these congressmen charge they represent the cheap labor interests of the Republican Party.
