Two top GOP lawmakers Friday sent a letter to the Department of Homeland Security, accusing the Obama administration of making changes to its own executive-created amnesty program for young illegal aliens (DACA) that facilitate fraudulent applications. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) and Senate Judiciary Committee ranking member Chuck Grassley (R-IA), said the administration “quietly made several changes” this summer to its Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program that reduced educational requirements and weakened verification requirements for documents submitted by applicants for the amnesty.
The letter was prompted by the discovery that the administration had weakened language governing processing of DACA amnesty applications to merely require that officials “may verify information” submitted rather than actually verifying the veracity of documents. In practice, it has been discovered, many documents submitted are not checked to see if they are valid.

It seems clear that the Obama regime simply does not want to enforce any law or regulation – even those they unilaterally create – that would turn away aliens sought to help “transform America.” Whatever restrictions Obama may say will apply to the anticipated mass amnesty edict will be ignored and evaded, encouraging a new flood of illegals.
