400,000 Anchor Babies Born in 2021

Based on a 2018 analysis by CIS.org, it is estimated that nearly 400,000 so-called “anchor babies” were born in the U.S. last year, each one of which was deemed an automatic citizen, forever protecting from deportation any family member, regardless of his or her legal status.

The anchor baby racket is made possible by the bizarre principle of “birthright citizenship,” created by a vague interpretation of the 14th Amendment that many scholars regard as fallacious. Yet, year after year, we participate in the self-destructive fantasy that any child born in America to a foreign national must automatically be regarded a citizen.

According to a December 31 piece on Breitbart News by John Binder, about 300,000 such anchor babies were born to illegal aliens last year. In addition, about 72,000 anchor babies were delivered to non-immigrant “humanitarian parolees,” tourists, guest workers, and students. That total, of 372,000, exceeds the total number of births to native-born residents in each of 49 states. Only California annually has more native-born births than the nation’s anchor baby total.

Today, there are nearly five million of these automatic citizens under 18-years-old living in the U.S., far exceeding the roughly four million American babies born every year.

No nation so blatantly rewarding such massive criminal trespass can long endure.
