Leftists demonstrated across the nation on Monday to protest President Trump’s pledged crackdown on illegal immigration. Strikes, marches and rallies were held in Chicago, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Washington, Seattle, New York and dozens of other cities.
In Portland, the protests turned into a violent riot, with fires set, a police car burned, and windows broken.
