Attorney Andrew C. McCarthy recently penned another thoughtful article on Obama’s unconstitutional actions and possible remedies. While defunding an unlawful amnesty program may be a partial and appropriate congressional response, McCarthy argues that impeachment – no matter how difficult or unpopular – is the only remedy provided by the Constitution.
