Three states, Florida, Arizona and Montana, have sued the Biden Administration for failure to enforce immigration laws. Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody stated, “This [lack of enforcement] is a radical shift that places Floridians and our law enforcement officers in greater danger, and that is why I filed suit.”
