Dismayed by the Biden administration’s open border policies, the state of Texas is stepping up to the plate with its own policies to stem the flow of illegal aliens across its border with Mexico. One is securing gaps in border left undefended by the administration with razor wire and other barriers.
Texas also has deployed state police to assist with border enforcement and is proceeding with its plan to charge illegal aliens with trespassing. State prosecutors recently won their first conviction for this crime.
