The categories of illegal aliens shielded from deportation by Obama administration policy could be expanded to protect tens of thousands more illegals under a policy change being weighed by Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson. The change, if adopted following a review ordered by Obama, would give freedom to foreigners who have committed repeat immigration violations such as re-entering the U.S. illegally after being deported, or failing to comply with a deportation order.
