Alien Contempt for U.S. Law Does Not End With Illegal Entry or Over-Staying Visa
A new study from the Center for Immigration Studies finds that most illegals allowed to remain free pending trial never appear in court. Many flee as soon as they are released from detention. Immigration Court records from 1996 through 2012 show that 76% of the 1.1 million aliens free pending trial did not show up for trial, resulting in the court ordering them removed from the U.S. for evading court. Needless to say, the foreign lawbreakers pay no more attention to these orders that they be removed than the previous orders to appear in court, or the laws against illegally crossing the border, the laws against visa fraud, identity theft, etc.
Over 870,000 aliens have been ordered removed, but still remain in the United States.
