A federal judge upheld the DACA program for illegal aliens that the Trump Administration tried to end. Under the ruling, which may face legal challenge, new applicants who apply for the program, which gives then legal residency and the right to work in the United States. DACA was illegally decreed by former President Barack Obama in 2012. To be a legitimate law it needs congressional approval.
