While introducing Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto at a meeting in Los Angeles, California Gov. Jerry Brown observed that there were immigrants in the audience, and stated that it didn’t matter if they lacked permission to be in the U.S. Said Brown, “You’re all welcome in California.”
