The Biden Administration is quietly granting de facto amnesty to illegal aliens as its Justice Department allows immigration judges to terminate cases against them. A whistle blower within the department revealed to The Washington Times that “They’re dismissing these cases out of hand, and then ICE is releasing these people from custody.” The Times notes that “Terminating or dismissing a case clears it from the active docket, giving migrants de facto permission to remain in the country even though they do not hold legal status.”
