President Biden has closed the Victims of Immigration Crime Engagement Office (VOICE). Established during the Trump Administration, within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the office gave recognition and support to the victims of crimes committed by illegal aliens.Biden is replacing the VOICE with a new office called Victims Engagement and Services Line (VESL). It will represent illegal aliens who feel that immigration law enforcement officers have mistreated them.
