The attorneys general of Arizona, Louisiana and Missouri are suing the Biden Administration to stop it from ending Title 42, a provision which expedites the removal of illegal aliens. Removal of Title 42 likely will cause a massive new surge of illegal aliens across our Mexican border.
The plaintiffs state that “This suit challenges an imminent, man-made, self-inflicted calamity: the abrupt elimination of the only safety valve preventing this administration’s disastrous border policies from devolving into an unmitigated catastrophe.”
