Columnist Charles Krauthammer maintains that if the Supreme Court upholds President Obama’s amnesty edict, “[then] you can send Congress home, and you can eliminate Article I from the Constitution, then there are no laws. . . . This is a huge decision. I do not understand how the for liberal justices will, as they will, resist the logic here.”
