A court order is forcing the Biden Administration to reinstate the “remain in Mexico policy” that former President Trump implemented. It required migrants who clamed asylum to stay in Mexico while their cases were being considered. The policy was an effective deterrent to illegal aliens using bogus asylum claims to get into the U.S. Biden Administration officials say they will seek legal action to overturn the reinstatement.
