A Rasmussen poll found that 52 percent of American voters wanted strict border control. Twelve percent were undecided, and 36 wanted virtually open borders with only terrorists and other criminals excluded. Those who take this latter position might not be aware that an international Gallup found that 150 million foreign adults would like to move to the U.S. If they brought their spouses and minor children, the total could easily exceed twice that number.
