Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) predict that Congress will pass amnesty for illegal aliens this year. Gutierrez, a leading advocate of amnesty in the House, is a Latino supremacist who once stated that his only loyalty is to “the immigrant community.”
