Illegals Use “Cheat Sheets” to Stay in U.S.

TheBlaze reported on Thursday that U.S. law enforcement officers have been finding “cheat sheets” along the border used by illegals to give the Border Patrol and ICE agents the answers that will allow their release in the U.S., rather than be deported.  Human trafficking rings are believed to prepare the notes giving pointers in Spanish on what illegals should say when apprehended and questioned.

A copy of one sheet obtained by TheBlaze lists a series of questions and  the answers that will allow the illegal to be released pending a hearing.  Many, if not most, illegals disappear into the interior of the U.S. and never appear for the immigration hearing.

Border Patrol agents in McAllen, TX, have said that most of the illegals they encounter have the same “rehearsed” answers about having “credible fear” of return to their home countries so they will released.

A DHS official said in many cases the “cheat sheets” are thrown away or destroyed before apprehension.  TheBlaze has a photo of one discovered near the border.
