A Rasmussen survey asked voters which is more important: defending the U.S. border or defending Ukraine’s border. A majority, 53 percent, said “defending the U.S. border.”
Along party lines, 74 percent of Republicans and 54 percent of independents said the U.S. border should have priority. Fifty-seven percent of Democrats, in contrast, said Ukraine’s border was more important. Sixty-seven percent of self-described “liberals” also stated that preference.
