Mike Durant is running in the Senate Republican race in Alabama. Recently he warned his business supporters that with a labor shortage they will have to pay higher wages to their workers. His proposed solution:
“Why would you not want more green cards available so that people can legally come into this country and work? I mean we need that. This country was built on immigration.” He also stated that this is “what’s right in this moment for the people that I represent.”
