The National Border Patrol Council (NBPC), the union that represents Border Patrol agents, has endorsed President-elect Trump’s nomination of retired General John Kelly as secretary of Department of Homeland Security. The NBPC stated that “We have faith in President-elect Trump, and although General Kelley does not have immigration experience, we recognize that he comes in with stellar credentials.”
