Biden Packs Voter Rolls with 855,000 New Citizens

During Fiscal Year 2021–from October 1, 2020, to September 30, 2021–the State Department naturalized 855,000 immigrants—the highest annual number in more than a decade. Demographic data for the new Americans is not yet available, but recent history suggests the majority are from Mexico, India, the Philippines, China, and Cuba.

The Center for Immigration Studies, analyzing Census Bureau figures, has found that the country’s foreign-born population grew to 45.4 million by the end of September—an increase of 1.6 million from the same time last year.

As noted repeatedly here and elsewhere, there is a method to the madness of this wholesale immigration. Given that naturalized citizens of all backgrounds vote heavily Democratic, more immigrants mean more Democrat voters, hastening the day when all elections–local, state, and national–will be done deals, in-the-bag faits accomplis for the Democrat party. Game over.

Joe Biden may be slow but there’s someone in the White House who knows what he/she is doing. An executive order that went out in February tells us all we need to know about the plan. The order vowed to “eliminate barriers in and otherwise improve the existing naturalization process” and to “substantially reduce current naturalization processing times.” After all, there were elections coming up. The order declared government policy this way:

The Federal Government should develop welcoming strategies that promote integration, inclusion, and citizenship, and it should embrace the full participation of the newest Americans in our democracy.

It doesn’t take a genius to recognize what “full participation” means.
