The Biden Administration has filed suit to prevent action by the state of Texas to thwart illegal immigration. The suit refers to the recent order of Texas Gov. Greg permitting the Texas Department of Public Safety to “stop any vehicle upon reasonable suspicion” that it transports illegal aliens, and then reroute the vehicles to their point of origin or impound them.
