Arizona is considering legislation to require the state to keep a record of crimes committed by illegal aliens. The measure, H.B. 2326, has passed the House, and is by being considered by the Senate. At present, the federal government and most states do not record the annual total of crimes committed by illegals.
Angel Families, an organization representing families victimized by illegal aliens, says passage of the Arizona law would draw more attention to the problem of illegal alien crime.
