Chad Wolf, the acting secretary of homeland security, says that the border shutdown during the corona virus crisis “has saved American lives and has prevented a potential catastrophe along our southwest border during this pandemic.” The shutdown has allowed the speedy return of illegal aliens from virus-plagued countries.
