The onslaught of unaccompanied illegal alien minors is a result of President Obama’s immigration rhetoric, and the only way he can deal with it is to change his open borders message, according to Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL).
“This is a direct result of the President’s statements that he was not going to enforce the law with regard to people who entered the country as youngsters. It’s an open invitation for others to come.”
“At this point in time, it is imperative that the President of the United States himself make crystal clear that the border is not open…he needs to send a message that this country intends to have a lawful system of immigration and we don’t have a lawless, open border. Until he is willing to do this nothing much is going to change.”
