Recently the states of Louisiana, Arizona and Missouri filed a lawsuit to prevent the Biden Administration from ending Title 24, a provision which allows speedy removal of illegal aliens. Now joining them in the lawsuit are 18 other states: Florida, Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, West Virginia and Wyoming.
These additional states declare that “This suit challenges an imminent, man-made, self-inflicted calamity: the abrupt elimination of [Title 42] the only safety valve preventing this Administration’s disastrous border policies from devolving into unmitigated chaos and catastrophe.”
