U.S. Attorneys are refusing to prosecute illegal aliens accused of fraudulently using the Social Security numbers of dead Americans. The Obama Administration maintains that it has cut back on immigration law enforcement to focus just on those illegal aliens who commit serious crimes. Fraudulent use of a Social Security number is classified as a felony.
