The Hungarian government says there are 900 ‘no-go’ areas in Europe where immigrants prevent national authorities from governing. Among cities with no-go zones are Paris, London, Berlin and Stockholm. In these zones, says Hungary’s government, “[N]orms of the host society barely prevail.”
