The Biden Administration says that has reduced overall enforcement of immigration law in order to prioritize the deportation of dangerous illegal alien criminals. It maintains that it only has adequate resources to go after those criminals.
John Fabbricatore, a former ICE Field Office Director, strongly challenged these claims in testimony yesterday before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement. In his testimony he cited official statistics showing that enforcement against every criminal category of illegal aliens has declined since Joe Biden became president.
“Based on these statistics, Fabbricatore asked, “is there any conclusion that can be drawn by a logical, reasonable person, other than that the real goal of these priorities is to limit immigration enforcement in the interior of the United States, regardless of the risk to public safety and national security that the illegal alien poses?”
