Foreign-born Presence Increasing

The Center for Immigration Studies (CIS) reports the presence of foreign-born people is increasing all around the country. “In 1990,” CIS observed, “immigrants were at least 20 percent of the adult population (18-plus) in just 44 counties; by 2014 they were at least 20 percent of the adult population 152 counties.”
